Shipping Policy
All orders will be charged a separate amount for shipping and handling based on the weight of the total purchase. We ship everything USPS, unless you request an alternate method or need shipping outside the US. If orders are large enough flat rate boxes will be used to save cost.
Return & Exchange Policy
All products are unique, one of a kind specimens that cannot be replaced if damaged. However, if you've received a damaged item, and provide a video of you opening the shipping box and unwrapping the specimen damaged, we can refund you the amount or credit you for a future purchase. If the item you received was not to your satisfaction a refund can be given upon the return of the item, if it is not received in the condition we shipped it to you in then a partial to no refund will be given - this is true for trades and exchanges as well.
